  • "Kamejikomi" is their core, unique brand and has made its way to stores worldwide

  • Ishikawa Distillery use clay jars instead of metallic ones that generate unique flavors (vs whisky barrel)

  • A further classification of Awamori is kusu (aged liquior) which means the Awamori is aged a minimum of 3 years.  Kamejikomi is 5 years old

  • With relatively high alcohol, a unique aroma and character can fully be tasted

  • With most Awamori has 24% or below ABV in the U.S., the tradition of a typical Awamori of Okinawa can only be tasted through this brand
